The 2012 North Island Championships entries have now opened and will be held on the 4th to the 6th May 2012 at the North Harbour Table Tennis Stadium, 5a Akoranga Drive, Northcote. Entries close with NHTTA on Wednesday 11th April at 6.00pm. Refer to the entry forms tab for more details on how to enter. Proposed timetable for this event is as follows: Friday 4th May 6.00pm All Mixed Doubles Events: Open, 075, 070, 065, 060, 050, 040, 030, U21, U18, U15, U13 Saturday 5th May 8.30am Singles and Doubles: Open, B, C, D Grades, U18, U13, 040, 060, 070 Sunday 6th May 8.30am U21, U15, 030, 050, 065, 075 Estimated finish on Sunday 6th May - 5.00pm The event will be run using Stag 1000DX tables, nets and the Stag 3 Star White Ball. Officials for the event are Tournament Manager John Stapleton, Tournament Controller Shona Cudby and Tournament Referee Daniel Fan. Special Note Table Tennis Manawatu have advised that there are cheap fares coming from Palmerston North to Auckland from Air NZ available at $99 each way. |
